Seniors Centre without Walls – a City of Hamilton program, providing free recreational activities over the phone with a group of other older adults in the community. S.T.E.P.S (Specialized Training Exercise and Participation Services)

STEPS Gym located in the Notre Dame Building, 1921 Snake Road, Waterdown
A fun and challenging exercise class, this class focuses on balance and strength training. Its goal is to strengthen you so you are able to continue doing the things you love to do!

Also available are age-friendly, medically oriented personal training sessions. Come spend time in our sun-filled non-intimidating STEPS studio filled with specialized exercise equipment. We are the place to turn when you want to improve your state of health but don’t know where to begin.  As trained and registered health professionals, we make your safety and well-being top priority.  We also make your exercise experience fun and effective!
