Senior Social Connections Program – Waterdown Legion

REGISTRATION REQUIRED

The Seniors Social Connections Program is designed for low-income seniors living in Flamborough who may be geographically or socially isolated. Participants will benefit from opportunities to:

• Engage in recreational activities tailored to seniors’ interests
• Participate in educational programming
• Build meaningful social connections with peers
• Enjoy a complimentary lunch during each monthly session

This program is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, ensuring seniors feel supported and connected within the community.

Program Details

• Duration: September 2025 – March 2026
• Frequency: Monthly sessions
• Locations: Three sites across Flamborough, including Waterdown (open to all residents)
• Cost: Free for eligible seniors

Who Can Participate?

The program is open to Flamborough residents who may be:

• Seniors living on a low-income
• Experiencing social or geographic isolation
• Interested in connecting with other seniors and participating in engaging activities
