Flamborough Connects » Getting back to normal? What’s happening for seniors in Flamborough
Are we really starting to get back to normal? I’ve revisited some of my columns from the past two years to see how many times we’ve anticipated the end of the pandemic. Several. Always optimistic and hopeful, I prefer to think we are truly coming to the end of this ordeal… And if not – at least spring is on the horizon and that is both a reliable fact and a welcome thought after a very cold and snowy winter.
On Monday, March 7, the Flamborough Seniors Centre will reopen its doors to expanded drop in programming. Cathy, Kim and Wendy are excited to welcome old and new members to the centre. With some precautions still in place – masks, social distancing and pre-registration – FSC members are invited to meet friends and enjoy their favourite programs: Monday Movie Day, Open Music Jam, Cards, Crochet/Knitting/Quilting, and Wood Carving are on the schedule. For more information and to reserve your spot, call 905-546-2424 ext 6315.
