Flamborough Connects empowers residents through information and referral services and enhances community quality of life by identifying unmet needs and facilitating social services.

Flamborough Connects is a registered charity proudly providing free and low-cost programs and services to residents of Flamborough (City of Hamilton) Ontario. We offer Senior’s Services and Community Services, responding to the ever-changing needs of our diverse and growing community while improving the quality of life for Flamborough residents.

We serve the City of Hamilton’s Ward 12, Ward 13 and Ward 15 including: Waterdown, Carlisle, Freelton, Millgrove, Beverly Hills, Rockton, Sheffield, Lynden, Greensville, including 495 km sq of agricultural and rural area.

My mom and I would like to thank you very much for the lovely Christmas basket. She was very much surprised, and I can say it made her week. She hasn't been feeling well since September. I could hear the smile in her voice when she called to itemize everything that she had received.
